We had a relaxing afternoon yesterday – played cards, sat by the indoor pool due to cloudy, misty day, attended another Captain’s Club party in the Sky Lounge as well as the before dinner cocktail hour that has become a regular event (tooo much free booze on this cruise :)). Then we at dinner at the Murano Restaurant – wonderful food and terrific service. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal, chatted with some of our friends from the Tuscany leg of this trip who were sitting at the next table from our group and went to the nightly show (a Vegas singer, musician and showman who did a good one-man show).
Unfortunately, I woke up very early this AM with an upset stomach – I do think my body is telling me that it’s not used to the richness or quantity of food that I’m been enjoying for the past 2 weeks. Stayed in the cabin most of the day, with tea and toast for breakfast and no lunch, except for a brief walk around while our cabin steward and his assistant cleaned up the room. I’m wondering if at least one ot them would be interested in coming home with us. I could easily get used to having someone clean up and serve us permanently! It was really a lovely relaxing day reading, enjoying our balcony and the sunny warm day. Art hung out with our friends by the pool and, of course, came back to check on me and for his afternoon nap…how decadent we’ve become.

Decadence - that's why you worked so hard for so long to be able to take trips like this! All still sounds wonderful - you've just seen so many cool places on this trip that I want to see!!
